🍳 Method
Melt the chocolate:
Finely chop the chocolate and melt it using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth and glossy. Add ghee or cocoa butter for extra shine if desired.
Prepare the filling:

Mold the chocolate shells:
