Saffron strands few (soaked in 2 tbsp warm milk)

Rice (soaked for 30 mins) 3 tbsp

Cardamom powder ½ tsp

Jaggery or palm sugar 2 tbsp (optional, adjust to taste)

Chopped almonds & pistachios 2 tbsp

Ghee 1 tsp

🍳 Method

1. Prepare the base: In a thick-bottomed pan, heat ghee and lightly roast the soaked rice for 1 minute until aromatic.
